Chef Tim
Born and raised in Humboldt, TN, Chef Tim’s journey into the world of baking started in the most unexpected place: an anatomy class in college. Yep—bones and buttercream! It was there he discovered a God-given gift that completely rerouted his path. When God said, “Make cakes,” Tim listened, not knowing it would take him from a small town to national TV.
Today, Chef Tim is a decorated cake artist with features on The Food Network, The Cooking Channel, and Netflix. His award-winning desserts have landed him in multiple magazines and kitchens across the country.
